8 oz. draft. Aroma is slightly fruity with toasted bread. Almost has a tangerine note. Flavor shows a solid amount of toasted grain with apple and citrus pith. Zero bitterness. Drinks easy.

8 oz draft. Aroma is soft roasted grain and mild coffee grounds. Flavor is pretty roasty with coffee hints and weak balers chocolate. Hints of prune. Texture is bone dry. Decent.

8 oz draft. Crystal clear see-through Golden color. Aroma is mild cracker mall with a very soft top presence. Flavor follow suit and does have a nice mineral and mild salt quality in the finish. Great flavor of the ABV.

Brewery draught, 8/30/25.
Clear gold. Small, white head.
Apple, light honey, black pepper, graphite. Really fun and yeasty but supplemented with herbal, peppery hop and dainty, honey-like malt.
Malty but drying out fully with pepper, apple, paper. Hint of graphite and light herbs. Light honey lingering. Clean and flavorful.

Brewery draught, 8/30/25.
Clear, bright, copper-golden. Small, white, head.
Soft, with a hint of fruit backed by gentle herbs and honey. Clean but with a rich, mineralesque yeast character. Pepper lingering.
Soft, fruity, gently sweet and malty. Lots of red fruits with pepper and dried herbs. Clean and easygoing with a lot of cracker drying things on the finish. Could be a touch snappier but it's rich and comforting with an interesting fruitiness and light toast.

Brewery side pour, 8/30/25.
Clear, honey-marigold. Sizable white head.
Fun, heirloom-like yeast with plaster and cellar and such random funk. Dried herbs. Clean, cracker and biscuit from malt. Delicate, yeasty.
Yeast again, but this time joined by rich malt depth showing honey and light pepper and a touch of sourdough. Good bitterness and deep malts lingering. Very balanced.

Brewery draught, 8/30/25.
Unfiltered amber-caramel. Medium-beige head, good retention.
Toasty and fruity. Some mild pine or thereabouts from the Azacca, not aggressive. Not overly rich in malt, very dry. Not too toasted but I wish there was a bit more rich base malt.
Toasty, fruity, hoppy but with low bitterness. Clean and amply bodied but lots of toasted bread and cracker, despite there being a background graham cracker-like sweetness.

Gold pour fairly clear. Shared. By Clark. Nose is malty and all rice. Tastes very rice forward, malt, little white wine, simple syrup. Chewy mouthfeel.

Undated can drunk 8/28/25.
Clear golden, small, white head.
Bitter hops with rich honey and rich rice sugar. Black pepper. No booze or any off flavors. Intense malt and rice.
Soft, sweet, ricey, peppery and biscuity. Clean, extremely malty. We let the can warm up a bit much so it comes off sweeter than normal. Could use more carbonation and bitterness. But you can't argue w the malt.

Brewery draught, 8/23/25.
Clear, dark amber with garnet highlights. Small, dark beige head.
Roast and beany coffee with a hint of smoke and slight base malts. Chocolate and toasty coffee lingering alongside light dark fruit.
Beany, darker, roastier coffee notes with a very dry, slightly under malted texture. A bit carried away on the dark nakts here and you get dark bread, dark fruit, roast and smoke but it does come me at the expense of the body. Coffee notes linger darkly.
