14/VI/16 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 22/III/18 (2016-656) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange blond beer, big irregular creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: tropical fruits, mango, some citrus, lychee. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, sweet, mango, tropical fruits, caramel. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, bit spicy, sweet and sugary notes, citrus, gentle bitter finish. Nice one, even if I can't tell the white tea.

0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierkoning’, bottled in March 2016. Pitch black with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light brown head. very faint, sweetish, slightly roasty aroma of dark chocolate, some coffee, blackberries and a touch of vanilla. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, some blackberries and hints of vanilla, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter and a little spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nicely balanced and not too spicy, sweet or roasty, pleasant mouthfeel as well. Not really outstanding, but pleasant enough to drink.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with white head that diminishes into a thin layer of bubbles quite quickly. Hoppy sweet piney nose. Sweet caramel malts, pine resin, dried pineapple fruitiness, honey sweetened fruit tea. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium or under medium body, slick and quite strong carbonation, mouthfeel is really nice, dissolves/melts on the tongue. --- Beer merged from original tick of I.P.A.
