Keg at Crescent Moon, 1/20/24. Omaha trip #23. New brewery! Brewery # 2255, USA # 1852, Nebraska # 12. Hazy yellow, large white head, average retention. Aroma of pineapple, tropical fruit, pale malt. Taste is tropical fruit, melon, pale malt. Juicy, a bit thin.

Draft. A- Coffee, maple, pecan. A- Black color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Coffee, roasty, sweet, maple, pecans. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish O- Lovely. Boost the abv and put it in a barrel and this would be a hell of a breakfast stout. Nice rich maple glazed pecan and roasty coffee flavors.
