Can (no date) from Steve. Quite pale, hazy yellow (like diluted lemonade), nice sparkle, ephemeral head, no lacing. Aroma is citrus, floral, lightly piney. Taste is strong lemon, mild grapefruit, late bread. Smooth, somewhat watery texture, soft carbonation (on the flat side), crisp finish. Aroma and flavor are decent but unexciting. Appearance and mouthfeel are both a bit weak. Appreciative of the opportunity to rate a brewer I wouldn't be able to otherwise!

Keg at Crescent Moon, 1/20/24. Omaha trip #23. New brewery! Brewery # 2255, USA # 1852, Nebraska # 12. Hazy yellow, large white head, average retention. Aroma of pineapple, tropical fruit, pale malt. Taste is tropical fruit, melon, pale malt. Juicy, a bit thin.

Boost the abv and put it in a barrel and this would be a hell of a breakfast stout. Nice rich maple glazed pecan and roasty coffee flavors.
