Pours a slight unfiltered peach-amber colour with a good creamy-frothy, off-white pinkish cap, decent stay and lacing patches. The nose is quite cherry-sweet, on the fake-side of candies. It does start smelling like dark cherries, a tad on the natural side, after a while. The taste flavours a candied as well, but not as sweet, blended with the fruitiness. A touch of sourness, but not much tart - at least not as expected. Nice to try, but not one I would have again.

First beer in five days, thanks COVID. Easing back into it with something light and refreshing.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a huge, creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include heavy vanilla, maple syrup and very light coffee. First swig was smooth, creamy and sweet. Flavours of vanilla, mocha, dark toast, minimal coconut and light cocoa. Finish is sweet with a very small amount of hop bitterness along with vanilla, vanilla, and more vanilla.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention with some light lacing. Aroma of pineapple juice with some sweet notes. Taste is dominated by sweet pineapple juice notes with some light malt notes also perceptible. Body is about average with good carbonation. Doesn’t taste much like beer but refreshing during hot summer days.

Quite a dark brown pour with little copper highlights. The head is light mocha-coloured, frothy with good stay and some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Not as sweet in the nose as I remembered the first can to be. Mild vanilla, mild bourbon notes with some nice roasted barley. The taste shows the burnt malts with decent hops in the finish creating a nice dryness. The vanilla is soft and bitterness does arise in the end, almost coffee-like. Not bad at all.

Pours a clean dark brown with coppery-ruby highlights, a big frothy-creamy light-beige head, good stay and leaving lots of creamy lacing streaks. Big artificial chocolate and hazelnut sweet nose. Cacao powder in the taste with some decent bitterness from the hops. This really takes away from the sweetness of the aromas. Nutty background with the chocolate malts. A little easier to drink than their Spiced Rum Imperial Stout I just had, but still not one to go back to.

Darker brown colour with copper highlights. The head is big, frothy, creamy, light-mocha coloured with good retention and some creamy clouds of lacing. Lots of spices in the nose and butterscotch base - so sweet and spicy. Some chocolate malts do come out to balance these a bit. The taste seems a little more blended with the spices and butterscotch, but rusty-grassy water lingers. Seeing rum and Imperial in the same title, one would think this would be much higher alcohol, but no. Interesting, but not quite what would make me have another.

Beautiful aromas of berries, more than the fresh watermelon, like some of those nice fruity shampoo. The sugars are balancing this, whether you like it or not. It is almost strawberry-like. This continues into the taste. Fruity, mild, but not really sweet in the taste. The freshness of the watermelon seems to be in the background. The sugars are not to rich, thick on the tongue. The apple juice starts showing, maybe because this can is a little older. I kind of like it like this.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with floaties and a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready malt, maple, pecan, nutmeg and light ginger. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, maple, honey, toffee, nutmeg, ginger and pie crust in a sweet finish. Medium body with a syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Good thing I'm not a diabetic. This is very cloying.
