Golden-amber, thin head. Very toasty nose, mellow bitterness but has a bit of biscuity character.

I honestly can’t tell if this is a random DJ Quik reference, or an allusion to making a pilsner way to quickly and hoping it doesn’t taste like ass. Golden, soft, light saazy, light earthy saaz. Ok pils but there’s no there there.

Draft at the brewery. Amber, bright, very bright and zesty, with caramel notes. I like it.

Golden amber with a great, bright mosaic aroma. Similar character with a whack of caramel malts. Good balance.

Hazy, has a light aroma. The coriander is pretty strong, light hops, but the malts aren’t doing much to support these assertive flavours.

Chewy bitter grapefruit character, has a caramel note, so basic old school pnw ipa.

Amber-red, orangey, with a bit of bitterness and a fairly caramelly, crystal malt character.

Dark brown. Light, but a bit wonky. But a touch of boring chocolate. This one disappointed. Flawed and nothing to impress otherwise.

Dark amber-brown, medium head, has a nice, fruity, mellow spicy depth. Has a nice balance, even if the spices aren’t especially refined.

Bitter, has a nice chocolate and a bit of leafy hop. Really nicely balanced character. CDA? Of course I liked it.
