Set in a custom-built oak beam building with an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows the Brewery houses 12 wood clad, steel fermentation tanks brewing a rotating range of 5 real ales and supplies our own Farm Shop and Pub, both a mere 15 yard stroll from the Brewery. All beers are available as cans, casks, bag-in-boxes or growlers.

Cask at Tamworth Beer Fest. Clear light gold. Frothy foamy translucent white head. Aroma has spice and malts. Flavourwise it's light bitter with light nalts. Light. Thin. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. OK.

Can. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Floral hop. Taste: Floral and bit spicy hop. Lightly citrus fruit. Over moderate going to medium bitterness. Light sweetness. Medium body, below average carbonation.

Can from Allington Farm Shop, Chippenham. Clear amber-brown with an off white head. Sweet, fruity and chewy from the off - a definite toffee apple vibe. There's some peach and marmalade before a light twiggy dryness and mild bitterness, with a little peppery spice in the aftertaste. Interesting and very enjoyable - I liked this one a lot.
