A clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is sweet and grainy like. Aroma is malty and grassy, sweet with typical malt sugar notes. Less hopy and floral as expected, easy drinkable but not exceptional at all.

Poured pale yellow in colour with fluffy off-white head. Very malty, earthy but yet crisp in aroma. Malty, slightly fruity and moderate hoppy in flavour. Grassy and hoppy finish. Slightly bitter finish.

Hazy golden amber colour, not much head. Aroma soapy resin malt with hint of citrus fruit. Dry biscuit, resin & citrus fruit flavour.

Pale golden beer with a gently dry aroma and gently yeasty and dry flavour. Overall an average yeasty and dry beer.

Amber color with a minimal white head. Flavour is light sweet with some bitterness in the background. Finish is dry with a medium level of bitterness

Dark, white head. Malty aroma, fudge, toffee, dried fruits. Medium sweet, medium body, medium bitterness.

750ml bottle. Cloudy amber to brown colour with huge frothy, stable, lacing, white to off-white head. Immediately the hope for an "Ungerman" hopping is disappointed. The aroma is sweet malt and grain dominated, honey, resin, almost a kind of glue instead of hop. Frustration put away, the sweetness could be reinterpreted positively as fruity. Taste is way more dry than the aroma promised. The sweetness is hold at bay, but sadly not in a balanced way. A German saying reads as "viel hilft viel" (much [of something] helps much). The ironical interpretation should be applicated here: More of still the same ingredients doesn’t give a better result automatically. A refined mode of composition is required. This is something like an Imperial ’Zwickel’ without deliberation.

Geringer aber ausgewogener Hopfenantrunk, hier leicht biter und grasig. Dies wird stärker und süßer, vollmundig, dann trocken. Süffig, zum Ende aromatischer, natürlich, nett – aber nicht mehr. 12/10/11/10/11/10

Bottle 500ml.Hazy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, bubble gum, pineapple, fruity, light banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111115]

Pleasantly hopped, but otherwise unremarkable light beer. Light and sweet in flavor but also direction thinner. Satisfactory.
