25 cl aluminum can. Brilliant raspberry aroma. Hazy reddish tinged amber color with a fizzing white head that ringed rapidly. Thin in body with mild fizzy carbonation. The flavors are raspberry and raspberry seed. Perhaps wheat can be detected. Perhaps a touch of oak as well. Itβs really very tasty, and should go well with a number of foods. The finish is milder raspberry with a bit more recognizable wheat. All in all itβs a good drink.

Interesting witbier - and while not the best tasting, it is possibly the best looking one Iβve seen. Its cloudy white (with just a tint of yellow) clearly reveals the origin of the name white beer. So cloudy its nearly opaque, and also generated a thick layer of creamy head. Aroma was heavily wheaty, with a light coriander spice nose. Flavor was also wheaty but the coriander was supplanted by a stronger orange peel in the flavor. Light and zesty but a touch too sweet to be exactly refreshing. Moderate acidity.

Bottled. Nice yellowish golden colour with big fluffy white mediumsized head. Aroma is fruits, some sourness, earthyness and parfume. Also some mild toffee lurking in the background. Flavour is toffeeish, fruity, nectary and some mild spicyness. Finish turns a bit sour and more spicy, but still is wellbalanced. Aftertaste is fruity nectar along with some spices and yeasty notes. biting carbonation.

Bottled. Brown colour with beige head. Leaves some slight lace. Aroma is caramel, spices and some fruits. Quite strong zest coming through. Flavour is sweet malts with spices, herbs and some fruits. Also some candyish sweetness noteable, which bothers me a bit in the flavour. Otherwise a rather nice beer.
