Very dark-brown beer with nice dark beige head. Very berriness aroma just like concentrated berryjuice. Flavour is also very sweet and there is also some bitterness. This is little too sweet and juicyness, but if you like sweet try this.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense little white head. Fruity and slight malty aroma. Flavour is slight honey like, malty with a light note of something oldish. Finish is mild, no bitterness as such.

Bottle, (forgotten where from maybe onlyfineales.com?) had this 25-12-07 Pours mid/dark amber with a nice off-white head. Yeasty, spicy and honey aroma, slowly fade to reveal a reasonably tasty beer with a very slight sourness noted at the edges. There is also some spices and caramel in there but overall for a winter beer I was a bit dissapointed it could have been a bit spicier and more interesting.

Bottle Kerstbierfestival 2007: Poured a hazy yellow with white head. The aroma was citrus with a wheatie cereal. The taste was bitter and tingled of alcohol, but overall it was blah!

Pour is a dark red with a large tan head. Aroma is small but sugary with notes of cherries. Flavor is not as sour as some others so some other profiles comes out. Some vinegar with caramel malts a some oily hops. Ok but nothing great but good enough to try at least once.

Pour is a orange with a small white head. Aroma is very wine-like with some grapes and a nice cherry. Flavor is super sour with lots of cherry and a nice yeastyness. Very tart and not one of my fav styles but i guess good enough to try once.

(33cl bottle, Petrus Gouden Tripel, courtesy of king Edo) Hazy, golden colour with a massive, slightly yellow foamy head. Moderately yeasty, sweet malty, slightly wheaty and fruity (orange, lemon) aroma with light glue-like phenols. Sweet and slightly acidic flavour, medium bodied with a lively, slightly fizzy carbonation. Yeasty and lemon-fruity taste with a light vinous feel; medium-dry, moderately sour-fruity finish with a tinge of hops
