Can from Asda Dyce. It pours lightly hazy golden - yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, sweet, melon, grapefruit, marmalade, candy, gummy bears, peachy, baked goods, touch of green vibes and pine. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, kick of bitterness, green, pine needles, zesty, pithy, grapefruit, orange, tangerine and some bready malt with a drying, zesty finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite like this. Moreish.

I could have sworn I had already rated this. Can from Asda. It pours cloudy deep mango orange with a dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweet green fruit, melon, white grape, greengage and star fruit. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, not super expressive... kinda mellow, green fruits like the aroma, melon, greengage, pithy, zesty citrus, green, kinda weedy, damp grain and underlying sweetness with a drying finale. Average carbonation in fine, prickly carbonation. Quite muted and what there is muddled. Underwhelming.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - murky orange to brown with a fluffy off-white head. Nose - blood orange and pink grapefruit, a bit bready. Taste - sweet orange in syrup, caramel and bread. Palate - close to medium bodied with a little cleansing on the finish. Overall - what makes this a white IPA, exactly?

Can from Aldi, Gorgie. Pours hazy dark amber with a thick beige head. Aromas of bread, orange, spice. Taste is more of the same. Sweet bready finish. OK.

Can from Tesco Metro, Manchester. Darker amber with a frothy head. Has a gritty, hoppy strength-infused taste, with its 'white', wheat character coming to the fore in its lingering aftertaste. Its grapefruit is also at its best here.
