Bottled (BB 11/2007)
A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Some sour notes, strawberry, grass (hay) in the aroma. Crisp carbonation. Tripel-like hoppyness, some candy sugar, grassy hops, subdued alcohol. Very "Belgium"-feeling here, not so "Dutch".

500ml bottle at Reading BF 2007. You see I think I was the only one who really liked this. I seem to remember drinking most of it. Hazy copper with lasting beige head. Attractive citrus hop aroma, lovely in mouth, good lemon, grapefruit, strawberry flavours. Very tasty.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized off-white head, leaves some lace. Aroma is spices, yeast and some fruity hops. Flavour is spices, yeast, some caramel malts and a warming touch of alcohol, which comes through especially when the beer gets warm. This is not a bad thing with this beer though, as the alcohol fits the flavour quite well, when the malty- and yeastyness stays long in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Large, white bubbles collapsing rather quickly tops this unclear, golden-yellow beer. It volcanoed out of the bottle when opening. The nose has cellar, mould, formic acid, hay, citrus and wheat, but without beeing anything too interesting. There’s cellar, citrus, hay and wheat in the mouth. A medium-bodied beer that probably has gone a bit bad. (070427)

500ml bottle. Pale, slightly hazy body with a white head. Some malt in aroma, not much. Flavor has a lack of everything to expect from a witbier, just a bit sour an dull. A bit bitter in the finish.
