Description

75cl bottle (2022) from Cote Vignoble, Dol-De-Bretagne. Pours a deep gold, lightly hazed. Has a rustic oak barrel warmth, quite a woody feel, surprisingly so, and with a nice tannic presence lingering on the finish. Really enjoyed this.

Bottle shared at home. Bit hazy golden with a big white head that only lasts a second. Strong farmyard notes, sweet apples, soft funk, cow dung, pear juice, a touch of caramel, mineral. Medium sweet, very light tart and bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great mix between sweet apples and deep farmyard notes. Great.
