Tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with a white head. Citrus pine aroma. Med body or more. Flavor is citrus pine; near dank. Lots of hop flavor. Nice caramel backbone. Firmly bitter finish.

Draft at the brewery, Monterey. Light haze pale yellow coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma is woody, chilli pepper, lime. Flavour is light grains, warming, chilli pepper, bell pepper . good warming back of the throat heat. Palate is medium light , woody, highish carbonation, prickly heat. Pretty well done.

Draft at the brewery, Monterey. Attractive clouded purple plum coloured pour with a lasting pink frothy head. Aroma is tart raspberry yogurt, mixed fruit berry, fruits of the forest, little woody mould. Flavour is composed of tart mixed berry, fruit smoothie, tangy, woody fruit pips. Palate is medium bodied, smoothie, highish carbonation, tart finish. Good.

Draft at the brewery, Monterey. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting thin off white head. Aroma is super juicy, pineapple orange, mango. Flavour is composed of light grains, base grains, little wheat then super juicy hop , pineapple orange, mango, peach, fruit salad. Palate is medium full, frothy. Semi drying finish. Little hop resin. Very good.

Draft at the brewery, Monterey. Mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is sharp bitter lemon, orange, resinous hop. Something a little funky on the nose. Flavour is composed of bitter lemon, lemon, resinous piney hop. Aggressive mostly clean bitterness. Good hop kick. Palate is sticky resinous, highish carbonation. Punchy.

Draft at the brewery, Monterey. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is nice funky orange rind, slightly dank, juicy, diesel. Flavour is composed of light grains, base malts, straw, orange rind, juicy, dank hop. Clean lager ferment and crisp finish. Palate is medium light, crisp finish, highish carbonation. Assertive clean bitterness.

Cask at the brewery, Monterey. Hazed pale yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is slightly soapy, line and liquorice, light grains. Flavour is composed of light grains, soapy, lemon lime, liquorice. Clean ferment. Palate is low to moderate carbonation, crisp. Light grainy. Decent.

Flavour is composed of light crisp grains, hay, light adjunct. Mineral. Palate is light crisp and refreshing. Good clean lager ferment. Lingering fresh grains.

On tap at Aptos St. Pours cloudy orange, medium off-white head dissipates with decent lacing. Aroma is fruity and tropical, passionfruit present for sure, perhaps some blood orange citrus notes along with lemon and wheat. Flavor is light tart, hints of residual sweetness, fruity. Medium body. Interesting.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours very hazy gold with a huge creamy white head. Aroma is lots of tropical and other fruits. Med + body. Flavor is very dank and very fruity. Finishes deliciously fruity and bitter. Fresh!
