A dark purple burgundy with a thin lacing pinkish head. In aroma, sweet fruity blueberry jam with light acidity and faint butter. In mouth, a nice mix of tart blueberry juice, light lactic notes, light Epsom salts, very nice and tart.

A dark burgundy orange ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, beautiful mix of Brett, ground cherry, raspberry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light hops, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde sour ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with tart mix of apricots, citrus, and Brett. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light apricot pulp, light tropical fruits, lactic acid, very nice and tart.

This has a browny-purple colour, a bubbly head, and it's very tart, acetic, barrelly, a little bit of barrelly stuff. Intense and sharp.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark red with a small beige head. Aroma is rather acetic, with red berries, tart jammy berries and acidity. Flavour is very tart and jammy, with lots of jammy, pithy berries, moderate acidity, and some oak. Quite acidic, with lots of pithy berries. Pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is yogurty, with some some lactic acid, subtle fruity and floral dry hopping — mostly lacto though. Flavour is lightly tart, with plenty of lacto, subdued papaya, a touch of citrus, and accentuated by some floral dry hopping. The bacteria are pleasant after a while, but it seems lacking depth to me. Alright.
