Bottle from Eltham Wines. Reddish orange pour with an off white head. Nose is caramel, toffee apple, sweet malt, orchard fruits, toffee. Taste is banana toffee, sweet malts, more toffee apple, caramel, cherry drops. Sweetshop/candy store mouthfeel. Sacks of sweetness in the close with a light spicy backbone. Interesting.

Keg at Love Beer London. Spicy vinous aroma. Hazy amber. Thick foamy white head. Medium-heavy bitter with a tangy sour bretty edge. Medium bodied. Slick. Lowkey fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Spicy sour IPA. Good stuff.

From the bag @ CAMRA Winter Beer Festival 2020. Thin beige collar on a dark ruby body. Sherry, boozy & malt aroma. Medium bodied oily, greasy & cloying. Sweet berries, jam, sugar, syrup & malt tastes with a tangy finish.

Cask at the bow bar. Pours deep ruby, nose is liquorice, almond, funk? Taste is funky, roasted.

Cask at GBBF ‘19, day 3, 08/08/19. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is toasted grains, orange peel, stale bread, damp hay. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, straw, grains. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre at best.
