Bottle from Eltham Wines. Reddish orange pour with an off white head. Nose is caramel, toffee apple, sweet malt, orchard fruits, toffee. Taste is banana toffee, sweet malts, more toffee apple, caramel, cherry drops. Sweetshop/candy store mouthfeel. Sacks of sweetness in the close with a light spicy backbone. Interesting.

Think this is one of my true firsts. Dark malty nose, spiced, not getting the individual flavours through, but a soft well rounded rich ale, dark smoky notes, dried fruits.

Keg at Love Beer London. Spicy vinous aroma. Hazy amber. Thick foamy white head. Medium-heavy bitter with a tangy sour bretty edge. Medium bodied. Slick. Lowkey fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Spicy sour IPA. Good stuff.
