Bottle at Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, small pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fairly light malts, a little caramel and cream. Offset by very mildly sour ripe fruits and dried fruits. Light and semi dry finish. A rarely seen style and this one is a bit different again. Pretty easy drinking.

Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige head.
Nose is tangy fruit esters, dark malts, stale brown bread.
Taste comprises toffee, dried fruits, mellow roast, tarte red berries.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay.
