The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, fresh, juicy melon, big dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, fresh, toffee caramel malt, light orange citrus, light earthy herbal, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nice, but a few more bubbles would have been nice.

Foam gushed out of the can upon opening, but once poured in the glass the head disappears almost immediately. Colour is clear deep brown with a red hue. Aroma's: fruit, boozy, a bit umami, woody. Retronasal: sweet, boozy, fruity, woody. Flavour is sweet, caramellish, light umami, a hint of bitter. Warming alcohol. Almost full bodied. Long finish with no new flavours. Really good.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 18 Feb 2024) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, orange and passionfruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with tropical fruit, pineapple, citrus, passionfruit, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Juicy and refreshing, with a good hop profile. Very nice.

Slightly cloudy, more red than auburn colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, beige head. intense and condensed, sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, notes of caramel, dark honey, a touch of toffee, vanilla, almond. 330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, deep ruby colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, pink-ish, off-white head. Funky yeasty, slightly woody and fruity aroma, hints of oak and cherry. Taste is sweet-and-sour fruity, mildly bretty and funky, slightly woody, notes of cherry, hints of blue grapes, red wine, some oak, some bubblegum, mild funk. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Well balanced, rather mild, not the most complex Sour/Wild - very nice.
