Back in 2011, three Brothers - Barry, Brian and Padhraig O’Neill - got put their minds together to create this independent brewery. Cask at GRAF 2017.. Golden yellow. Thin white lacing.. Soft dry floral lemon fruit nose... Light custardy lemon fruits... Dry finish

Draught at Beerhouse. Cloudy yellow with a thin solid head. Aroma of fruity wheat and caramel malt. Flavour is musky wheat, malt, watermelon, dry bitter base.
