Bottle thanks to my brother. Bit hazy yellow golden with almost no head. Dank juicy pears, dry apple. It’s juicy but also quite funky and has a hint of citrus. Medium sweet and light bitter and sour. Medium bodied and quite dry. Very good.

Bottle. Slight gusher. Slight hazy pale straw. Dry cellar, mineral, CO2, white grapes, kiwi, soft floral. Mostly mineral. Light sweet with a hint of sour and bitter. Over light bodied, lots of carbonation and solid medium dry. A bit thin, it’s good but not really sure if this really works as a single variety perry.

Bottle thanks to sjogro. Clear light golden. Aromatic pears, soft mineral funk, marzipan, candied lemon, light earthy, quince. Under medium sweet, light sour and bitter. Solid medium bodied, very crisp and bright. Very nice.
