Bottle. Clear 0ale straw with a few floating thingies. Dry pear, mineral, soft funk, flowery pear, dry earthy notes. Under medium sweet and sour and bitter. Crisp medium bodied, sparkly carbonation, medium dry. Very good.

Bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Giallo paglierino, velata, schiuma leggera a bolle grossolane. Naso spendido, di notevole eleganza e complessità, leggermente vinoso. Note di pera e uva bianca, sambuco, petali di rosa, leggero citrico. In bocca è secca, pulita, con note succose, fruttate, di pera, leggera acidità, buona mineralità. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione brillante. Chapeau!

330mL bottle at La Cidrerie, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk upfront, with gentle mustiness, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is sharp, with lots of champagne-like character, low sweetness, and crisp pear skins. Aggressive carbonation that is very fitting. Not the most complex perry, but it's certainly pleasant.

Bottle shared at skatecafe, amsterdam. Clear straw with fizzy bubbles. Pear peels, sweet handpear, juicy, light mossy, woody, grassy, touch of floral honey and light oily. Moderate sweet and bitter, light tart. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at Skatecafé as Poiré Domfront. Clear pale straw with no head. Sweet funky pear, pear skins, soft green leaves and moss, light sea water notes without the salt, a bit of lemon. Under medium sweet, light sour. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great.

75cl bottle from a French stall @ Shrewsbury Food Festival June 2016. Pours clear, pale yellow, no head. Aroma is sweet perry pears. Taste has a very light, fine spritz with a cool, lightly sweet French perry character and some floral elderflower notes. A tight dryness on the finish. Nice.

75cl bottle from a French stall at Shrewsbury Food Festival June 2016. Pours hazy gold with lively, slowly diminishing white bubbles. Aroma is breezy sweet cider apple. Taste is much of the same, highly spritzy, with a typically light Normandy cidre character with no real edge or tannins. Table cidre I guess.
