(Draft at Joran Cidrothèque, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Hazy pale orange colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, plums and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with apples, plums, citrus and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Good tannins harshness. Medium body, dry. Tart and dry, with a good plum character. Refreshing. Nice one.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 22.02.2029) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese leicht trübe, messingfarbene Cider hat eine schöne Apfelnote. Allerdings zeigt sich die Fassbelegung nicht. Der Körper wirkt für die 8% erstaunlich leicht.

On tap at Het Lagerhuys. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Musty apple skins, a touch acetic, mild funk on the nose. Flavour has juicy apples, musty skins, gentle vinegar, decent funk. Pretty solid cider.

0.33 l bottle from 'Drankgigant.nl', bottled in January 2025. Hazy, pale straw yellow, no head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and a bit funky aroma of pear, apple skin and hints of hay. Slightly sweet, gently dry, quite fruity and a bit funky taste of pear, apple skin and light hay, followed by a short, minimally tart, quite dry finish. Thin body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent.
