Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small creamy white head. Aroma is yeast, caramel, mild estery and toasted tones. Flavour has some banana, caramel, some wheat, yeast and mild earthy tones. Watery palate and quite homebrew like.

Bottled. Deep ambery brown kind of murkyish colour with a small foamy off-white head. Aroma is burnt sugar, some sweet malts, mild caramel and toast with some banana and mild spiciness. Flavour is pretty much similar, but also has some yeasty and somewhat toasted tones.Interesting take on the style.

This looks very dark. Not at all like an IPA. On the palate it definitely is more caramel, and fairly low bitterness. Ok, my recollection is that Eisenbahn is better than this.

Head gone in an eyeblink; still cola-coloured beer. Not much nose, some dark malts, dark bread, melanoidins. Cola taste without the phosphoric acidity. After a time dry dark malts and dry brown bread appear, ending sweeter. Feels better bodied than it is, bit maltslick; but the beer feels dead. Oh well. It's certainly not offensive. Thanks to Stef!

Slightly aged sample Shortlived off-white head over clear, big-bubbled copperish beer. Almondy nose, marzipan, candi, caramel, lightly coloured malts. Again almonds, marzipan, with a faint suggestion of acidity. Oxydation traceable here. Light body, but very slick to oily. Low carbonation, maybe also due to the age. Oh well, I suppose they tried their best. Thanks to Stef!

Puh, das soll also ein Pils sein. Schwer auszumachen, recht wässrig, metallisch, süß, dann bitter, keine Spir hopfig. Naja.
