(Bottle. 5.5%) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief bubbly head. Still. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, orange, vanilla and a touch of cardamom. Fruity taste with red apples, apple skin, orange peel, marzipan, vanilla, cardamom and a dryish finish with a generous acidity. Light body, mainly dry. Elegant and solid French cider. Very nice.

Bottle shared. Almost clear golden. Lots of fresh apple, barnyard, cow sweat, oak, grassy, light leather and gooseberries. Medium sweet, light bitter. Almost full bodied, medium dry. Pretty good!

Bottle. Clear darker golden. The color is probably because this is an older bottle... Crisp tart apple, vanilla, lime, chalk, soft white oak, white grapes. This is really more on the sweet-sour apple varieties. Solid medium sour, lighter sweet. Medium bodied,medium dry. Pretty good, bit maybe better fresh.

Sample shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with white bubbles. Quite funky, old wood, leathery, soft caramel, aromatic sweet and sour apple, toffee. Medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!

Sampled from bottle at home. Clear golden with short lived bubbley head. Fresh apple, tart and juicy, light touch of orange peel fruitiness and old brown bookwrappingpaper. Crispy edge to it. Nice. Quite strong bubbles.
