Bottle from Satoriz Illkirch. Clear dark golden. Nice mix of funk and fruits, a touch of oxidization, woody, moss, apple pie, apricot. Solied medium sweet, very light bitter and sour. Splid medium bodied. Nice stuff.

75cl bottle from Cidrerie Sehedic. Pours a generally clear gold, fine carbonation. Wondrous apple fruit on the nose. Exquisite flavour profile (and I don't use that word lightly!).. soft apple, caramel, oak, all very finely nuanced.. really impressive. A cut above.

75cl bottle @ Cidrerie Sehedic. Pours a clear pale gold. Aroma of richly sweet, complex apple fruit. Excellent clarity to taste, very characterful Avrolles et Guilevic apple fruit coming through well. Lovely.
