aroma seems to be a bit artificial citrussy and geniously hoppy. powdered sugar. however, pretty nice aroma overall and quite fine for a nonalc. aroma is crisp.
flavor is very quenching and very hoppy, very crisp, very dry, good malty flavor, tons of hops on top of that, but flavorful dry crisp yet flowery sweet hops, witha nice armatic bitter end.
A lot better than expected flavor from a nonalc.

0.33l bottle. Aroma is floral, fruity, grainy and grassy. Pours clear golden color with large soapy white head, good lacing and average visible carbonation. Taste starts medium sweet grainy and citrusy, following is floral, grassy and slightly worty, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild to average bitter. Backlog May 2014. Dark amber body under a nice, lacing off-white head. Surprisingly mild aroma. Roasted malt and hint of chocolate. Taste in same direction, average sweet and malty with hint of chocolate, moderate bitterness and a light fruity touch. Not much impact from the Sauternes imo.

Backlog May 2014. Unclear reddish amber body under a big, lacing, creamy off-white head. Mild, slightly acidic aroma with malt and Brett. Taste has malt with a sweet and acidic fruitiness, relatively bitter as well. Balanced body but otherwise it’s a bit messy, still drinkable
