This was poured into a tall tulip.
The appearance was a semi-dark pale orange to brown color with a sustaining finger’s worth of white foamy head that held for a little bit and fell at a good pace. Slight lace.
The aroma had some sweet grassy to orange to tangerine to herbal to semi-sweet nutty arrangement up front flowing freely right on into a delicate sweet malt base, somewhat biscuity and smooth.
The flavor was a nice blend of sweet to grassy and bitter quality with an underscore of the herbal and nutty sweetness making a good play at the overall taste. Aftertaste was quick with a sly nutty to tangerine sort of blend.
The palate was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. The ABV felt good. Ample smoothness to merge with the bitterness which really didn’t impart the harshness I used to get in a AIPA’s, but hey not even sure why I said that - this is all new these days.
Overall, well, they pulled off a DIPA with nuts in it. Did I like this? Yeah, I guess I did. Quite different though, I will say that.

This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a thick pale yellow color with a finger and a half’s worth of white foamy head that held and fell off at a decent pace. Sliding ringy lace in strings.
The aroma had some lemon pulp sweet and bitterness. Light white pepper, semi-sweet biscuits and an ample amount of semi-sweet grassy hop components flowing nicely into the mix.
The flavor was a nice blend of the sweet to spicy of the prior mentioned aromas flowing freely into the aftertaste and right on into the finish.
The palate seemed full on the body, still, with a fair sessionability about it as the ABV wasn’t distracting and seemed on par for the what the brewer projected and for the ability to quaff a good bit of this at a time.
Overall, well, if anything I liked this one mostly for me. They said it’s a Keller Pils, and that’s why it’s entered on ratebeer as such. I would love to crush this again!

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a dark hazy pale orange color with a finger’s worth of sustaining white foamy head that fell off super slow.
The aroma had some sweet to juicy orange juice rind bitterness. Light tangerine, some vanilla, coupled by some strawberries and honeydew.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side. Super soft berry to tangerine aftertaste sliding into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good. Some smoothness flows against some of the harshness of the style on my tongue.
Overall, another really good DIPA.

Poured into a tall tulip, the appearance was a golden semi-transparent yellow color with some carbonation rising to hit a finger’s worth of white foamy head that swiftly fell apart to leave some adequate sticky foamy lace.
The aroma had some sweet herbal/eucalyptus stickiness, lemon, white pepper, mullberries, and light juiciness.
The flavor melded the sweet to the herbal, bounced in a little earthiness and provided a sweet smooth herbal aftertaste. Finish was semi-sticky with a touch of sweet.
The feel was just a touch under medium bodied with a good carbonation and an ABV feeling just where the brewer projected.
Overall, pretty nice grissette worthy of coming back to.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice tropical fruits citrus sweetness. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruits citrus sweetness.

The appearance was a thick pale orange color with a nice little cap of a white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace.
The aroma settled in on some smooth orange juice bitterness to sweet melon, somewhat like honeydew. Light floral to light herbal quality coming about as it warmed.
The flavor yielded to the sweetness at first and did a good job of melding the bitter portions of the orange juice to the melon. Barely any aftertaste, but a nice crisp sort of bittersweet orange to melon sort of finish.
The palate was about medium bodied with a nice smooth crisp sliding pillowy feel along my tongue. Carbonation and ABV felt good as projected by the brewer.
Overall, are these guys ever going to produce a bad DIPA? God, I hope not. Oh shut up, Adam, don’t jinx them.

The appearance was a glossy golden orange color with a good steady finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a moderate pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet mangoes, floral sweet to bitter hops and a delicate little bit of sweet tangerine. Light grassy hops.
The flavor brought forward the sweetness of the blend of the mangoes and the tangerines with a subtle effect of the floral hop quality adding a little bit of dryness. Not much of an aftertaste but a nice floral to tangerine sweet sort of finish.
The feel was about medium bodied, maybe slightly under with a little bit of bitter dryness affecting the flow over my tongue. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt appropriate.

The appearance was a soft burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that held for a little bit and softly dissipated. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet to bitter floral tones, some orange pulp, light fresh leafy sharpness. Light crisp grassiness.
The flavor leaned florally sweet pulling in the orange pulp. Florally sweet with a crisp aftertaste of the pulp. Abrupt semi-sweet finish.
The feel was roughly medium bodied with a fair sessionability about. Carbonation felt fine and the ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, nicely done AIPA well worthy of having again.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a semi-hazy burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace to leave some messy lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet tropical fruits to bittersweet pine coated qualities. Some white pepper slides to ruffle up a sly malt base.
The flavor blended the prior mentioned aromas together - sweet to bitter to a light spice. Sly little tropical sweet aftertaste punches the finish with a little bit of bittersweet pine.
The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Nicely carbonated to hit the ABV as intended by the brewer.
Overall, glad to have finally tried this one, but not one of their top notch DIPA’s.

The aroma had some sweet yet funky peach up front, flesh-like but with some of it’s skin. Light Brett influence coating some lime and then some green pepper and ending with a little bit of soft sweet dough.
The flavor was somewhat tart with the peach emboldening a sweetness that wanted to come forward, but even that held in the balance of it all. All seemed to blend mellow-like into the aftertaste and follow through in the finish with a little bit of black pepper.
The feel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a tad under with a good carbonation about it. Funky to sour portions didn’t distract too much with the Brett being more of just another part for the flavor previously mentioned. ABV felt as appropriate by the brewer.
Overall, pretty nice sour ale well worthy of having again.
