Pours hazy pale gold into a willi. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Lychee and tangerine aromas. Medium bodied with sweet with white smarties, guava and papaya upfront turning to dirty tropical fruit skin before the lasting pith finish.

Canned 9/23/25, drunk 11/15/25, as pictured.
Lemony-pineapple with a strong unripe tropical/stone fruit skin character and light, honey-and-white-bread-like malts to gently balance. Clean with no twang or resin. Seems to have good acidity balance. Not too sweet and mushy like a lot of Foam IPAs these days.
Yeah, it's certainly not very bitter but the malts are, for the most part, pretty well-attenuated. That said, there's still a touch of mushy sweetness and big white bread. Lots of lemon, stone fruit and mild grassiness. Maybe the malts show up more prominently than they should because the hops and bitterness are both so timid.

Can @ Vinyl Beer, Manhattan NYC (Jul 2025). Pours faintly cloudy lemon yellow with a foamy off-white head, faint rotten citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste with faint rotten flavior, pine, thin body, long medium bitter citrusy finish. A bit of a strange flavor, but smooth and tasty.

Illegibly-dated can, drunk 11/13/25, as pictured.
Lots of pineapple and light black pepper with fruity, estery yeast and soft, biscuit and white bread from the malt. Clean with no twang. Nice to see someone do a wet hop NEIPA. Apparently no one got the memo that you can do that.
Nice and spicy. Not too spicy, mind you, as it's still NE hops. Soft, juicy, fruity, malty with good attenuation and lots of yellow fruit, mild pepper, mild pineapple and honey. Not all that complex, but soft, juicy, drinkable. Maybe a touch on the sweet side.

Canned 9/9/25, drunk 11/5/25. As pictured.
It's not a hoppy Kolsch, no, but seems really flawlessly-made with a bright, interesting, authentic nose full of Kolsch yeast. Light honey-like malt supports.
Clean and crisp with excellent malt depth and still retaining a crisp dryness with tons of yeast and malt character. Seems very authentic. Even a bit on the malty and rich side for the style. Low but not absent hops show a bit of dried herb and tea.

Can at home. Rich dark oil can pour, rather slick looking, small head. Nose is Chocolatey and light spicy tones. Tatses of earth, chocolate, coffee, soy sauce and small amounts of chilli powder and cinnamon. Slippery mouthfeel.

Without an outfit like Half Time in NY I do not think I'd be able to sample all these beers from the NE part of the country. My first experience with Foam Brewers, time to see what they can do with a DIPA. Snifter ready, I make a pour. A lemonade appearing liquid, there is also a thin but steady skim of completely white foam. The nose is not strong, I do bet a bit of tropical and citrus but nothing that stands out. Curious. The taste is an improvement but I am not doing back flips for this one. A pineapple sweetness, some hoppiness, crackers, citrus, mangoes and malt. I will say the 16 oz can will be finished and I think this is a decent matchup between the WC and NE IPA styles. No more than that.

A4 draught as pictured, 10/29/25.
Light and airy with juicy lemon and tangerine pulp. Oat softens things. Mildly spicy, clean, juicy.
Malty and with good dryness. Earth and tropical fruit rind. Fluffy oat and light honey and white bread notes. Polished and substantial, though maybe a little less flavor and complexity than the also all Citra IPA I just had from Messorem (Canal Fatal).
