(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty, pronounced wheaty aroma with notes of citrus and lemon, accompanied by dusty phenols. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Wheaty malt-character with citrus, a mineralic touch and shy spicy notes; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish. Likeable and refreshing Weizen. 16.II.14
