Dark amber with a thin, frothy head. Aroma of ashes, chocolate, berries. Taste is moderate caramel sweet, accompanied by a roasted bitter tone that picks up at the end. Lingering caramel. Faint fruitiness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Decent Dunkles.

(Tap) Cloudy golden amber with big white head. Banana and clove aroma. Great mouthfeel - medium body with full soft carbonation. Good taste. Banana, cloves, notes of bread, peppery hops, citrus. Very nice.

Bottle from Moravius. Many thanks! Clear chestnut brown colour, white foam. Nose of roasted malts, chocolate, caramel. Sweet, bitter hoppy and roasty. Quiet good bock!

Hopfenpflücker Märzen aus der Bürgerbräu Hersbruck, Fläschchen von den Getränkerittern. - Dunkelgoldbraun aber nicht naturtrüb sondern blank. - In der Nase mattes Toastmalz und unfrische hopfenwürzige Hopfung, die durch nichts die Bezeichnung Hopfenpflücker rechtfertigt. - Antrunk satt toastmalzig mit leicht sirupartiger Süße und nussiger Bittere. Die Hopfung ist kräftig aber aromatisch vage, krautig mit etwas Orangenschale. Gut rezent, vollmundig aber hart im Mund. Im Abgang schroffe krautige Bittere. - Unrundes, derb gehopftes Bier, kein rechter Genuß. (26.11.2023.)
