Der Geschmack ist frisch-süffig, in Nachgeschmack ists ein Bißchen herb-wässrig. Aber insgesamt doch ein schönes rundes Bier! Test vom 10.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,8,10,9,12,10 - 9,85

Malziger, leicht getreidiger Beginn. Im Anschluss steigt die Malzigkeit, insgesamt etwas würziger. Leicht schokladig, dann konstant bleibend. Zum Ende wieder milder, noch angenehm malzig. Süffiges Dunkles. 7/8/8/9/8/9

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy and strawy aroma. Taste is grainy, minimally strawy, moderately husky spicy. OK.

Aroma is quite nutty with some hay and malty notes. Flavour is somewhat ashy with malty notes, some nuts and herbs. Quite nice, reminds me of Stallhagen Sommar!. Not your typical helles.
