Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko (thanks!). Slight hazy yellow/golden coloured, medium to big sized white head that went away slowly, intensive but pleasant coriander nose. Sweet malty but unfortunately too exposed coriander taste with hint of orange peel. Good try but they still need time to improve it.

Another trip to Austria, another Bierreise 6-pack. Anyway, pale misty yellow-ochre body with a small, persistant white head. Fresh fruity nose, lactic orange juice laced with coriander. Light fruity taste, yeah, coriander again, light orange too, but it’s pierced by a light but pervasive and annoying bitterness that doesn’t help the beer Slightly papery lacticity. Slightly too rough carbonation and the taste is slightly too empty. Too much slightlys. Thumbs up for taking at shot at the style, but there’s more work to be done here - their regular wheat beers & the other Bierreise beers that I’ve had were better. It’s not bad as such but they can do better.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear brown with an orange hue and a creamy and lacing beige head. Burned, caramellish nose. Medium body, sweet caramel and subtle roast with hardly any hops. There’s an edge of cardboard in there too. A Porter light indeed. 290911
