Bottle at home from local Rema 1000 (03/09/2023) - Toasted and sweet malty with lots of caramelic sweetness, sprinkling of brown sugar, cocoa, fudge and toffee like sweetness, nutty malty lingering finish. Went well with the Cottage Pie!

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. MOderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Strong oine notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

500 ml bottle. as Thisted Limfjords IPA (Overgæret Baltic IPA), from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 6.5%. Very dark brown to black colour, large to moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate, mild coffee, piney hops. Flavour with the same elements, also citric / grapefruity hops, good bitterness. Pleasant to drink, would buy again.

330 ml bottle, as Thisted Økologisk Classic, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 4.6%. Clear copper colour, small head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, caramel and grass. Malts and more distinct caramel in the flavour too, moderate sweetness, some nutty hints, very moderate hop bitterness.

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 2.3%. Clear golden colour, large white head. Aroma of grassy and herbal hops, some sweetish malts in the background. Light bodied as expected, fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is not too sweet, fairly crisp with moderate herbal hops.

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 7.2%. Deep mahogany colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of malts, brown bread and caramel. The flavour has the same elements, but is not too sweet. Notes of burnt breadcrumbs too. Noticeable bittering hops. Not bad, might well buy again.

500 ml bottle, as Thisted Alive Økologisk IPA, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.8%. Murky orange colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of citric hops, a hint of pine too. Moderate citric and piney hops in the flavour too, sufficient malts. Decent enough.

Pours pitch black with a mocha coloured head that leaves a small layer and good lacing. Aroma's of smoked malts, sweetish, roasted, coffee. Retronasal it's smokey, roasty, sweetish, light licorice. Flavour is moderate sweet and light roasty bitter. Medium bodied. Proper carbonation. Long finish with smokiness, roast, ending with firm bitterness. Two great beers in a row from this brewery.

Pours a murky very dark brown colour and a rocky, somewhat frothy light brown head with good retention. Aroma's of hops, roast, drop, bay leaves. Retronasal it's green hops, bitter, roasty, drop. Flavour is above moderate bitter and light sweet, and roasted. Medium bodied. Long finish, slightly dry, ending with a firm bitterness.
