Draft - Light citrus and pithy notes with a touc of yeast. Clear gold with a rich white head. Nice pithy bitterness, yeasty notes and a nice sweetness. A little sweet and tropical for a saison, but pleasant.

6.4/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
650mL bottle, pours a hazy dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out some buttery notes, light resin, and toffee. Flavour is quite pleasant, with candied sugar, resinous hops and caramel. A little malty sweetness ends this off. A bit sweeter than I like, but it's pretty solid.

5.9/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 6 Texture 6 Overall 5.5
650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic notes, sweet Belgian yeast and doughy notes. Flavour is like a classic North American saison, with a lack of complexity from the yeast, residual sweetness and dough. Not bad, but there's no elegance at all to this. Okay attempt, but it's lacking.
