cask days 2018. Clooudy dark yellow pour, with hints of orange, and a medium white head. Aroma is tangerine forward, with some pungent passionfruit, and a light tartness. Finish is slightly tart, lots of fruit, tropical, and some light citrus, with a juicy tangerine kick.

On Tap at the source. Cloudy dark yellow pour, big white head. Very woody aroma, earthy, and slightly herbal. Brett is funky, and dank. Wet hay, wet wood notes, with some soft citrus peel. Carb is quite soft, mouth feel is full, and a touch oily. Finish is actually kinda soft. Funky, but the tartness is very subdued. More earthy barrel, hints of vanilla soaked tropical fruit. interesting stuff.

On tap at the source. Poured a copper/orange with a medium white head. Aroma is dank, and juicy at the same time. Loads of hops obviously, especially grapefruit, and orange zests. Malts are equally present, some nice sticky malts, solid cereals to match the big hops. A super well balanced beast of an ipa. nice stuff.

Guest tap at the Burdock. Black pour, big Brown head. Loads of roast and resinous pine. Quite intense. Silky mouth feel, and a great carb. Medium to high bitterness, with a perfect time balance of roast and happiness. Great black IPA.

Cask at barhop2. Hazy, Cloudy orange pour, with a large white head. Aroma is obviously hoppy. Big pine resins and juicy melon, and stone fruit aromas, and impressive nose indeed. The body and carb are standard if anything, the mouthfeel.is quite round, and slightly viscous. The finish is sweet, juicy, with a medium bitterness. More resinous hops, and some solid stone fruit and slight, crisp mango skin. Nice stuff.

on tap at the source. Standard session ipa, big citrus notes, but a light dry finish. But that is where this differs, the finish isn’t so dry, and it actually has some bitterness. Some soft pine resins and lemon notes come through throughout the experience. A nice session ipa with a back bone. well done.

On tap at the brewery. Jet black, medium brown head. Strong ,dark,,burnt coffee aroma, with a huge malt bill, that is leaning towards the sweet side, no hops are detected in the nose. The body is very full the mouth feel is a touch oily, and the carb is perfect. The finish is very bitter with an intense cold coffee, burnt espresso finish, with a high bitterness. This is a no joke coffee impy. Great stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Clear orange pour, with a big white head. Very hoppy aroma, chock full of citrus zest, and citrus peel. Soft carb, and a light apa mouth feel. Low bitterness, lots of citrus flavours with a subtle quenching sweeetness. A wonderful patio quaff, and a good example of a well made apa.
