Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale gold with a small lingering white head. Nose is light bread, muted citrus and tropical fruit with some light floral hints. Flavour is muted as well with a light malt sweetness and light+ citrus and grass bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin with soft carbonation and a lightly bitter finish. Not what I was expecting from a Citra APA. Checked the can date thinking it was old, but only 30 days. 6/4/6/3/12

Tasting at Salesforce, bottle, 11.5% ABV, vintage 2019, bottle 42/412
Black colour, the frothy brown colour disappears quickly. Aroma of soy sauce, burnt sugar, asian natural products store. Medium body strength, not much sweetness, strong burnt sugar, also some sourness; no evidence of bourbon, the alcohol is quite evident.
Possibly infected.

500mL bottle, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of dark fruits, almost a rum-like character, soy sauce, and a hint of bourbon. Flavour is rather bewildering, with spicy soy sauce, hot bourbon, tart dark fruits, and booze. Lots of soy sauce, booze, and dark fruits, with clashing notes galore. Rather sour - seems a bit infected. Subpar.

Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Clear golden, white head. Great juicy tropical and citric hops, rather dry, moderate bitterness. Good.

Looking like cream soda, with it's pink pour. Taste mild sour bite, ginger, and plum with the cardamom showing up in a spicy finish with a lingering sour. Decent kettle.

On tap at Rainhard, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, with biscuity malt, and soft pine. Flavour is along the same lines, with soft pine, earthy hops, and bready malt. Soft and dry. It's alright.

On tap at Rainhard, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of grassy notes, dank weed, and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and grassy, with herbaceous hops and biscuity malt. Crisp and crackery finish. Pleasant pils.
