Part of Wellington Mix Pack Vol. Seven. Pours a dark brown colour with some copper highlights. The head is big, kind of creamy, beige, long lasting and leaves nice lacing. Beautiful coffee aromas with chocolate malts that come out eventually. The coffee is a little more blended in the flavours with the roasted malts, hints of dark fruits and enough hops to give a bitter finish. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. Some light nuttiness, this coffee brown ale is quite nice.

Mildly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The warm cap is frothy, has decent stay with lots of foamy-sticky lacing. Fresh hop aromas with nice grassiness and hints of cilantro. The malt balances things in the back. Alcohol seems present in the nose as well. The habanero peppers kick in the finish, lingering nice spicy hit that warms up. The mango and pineapple notes are very, very mild or overpowered by the spiciness. A little more felt in the nose. Gets cloudier as it pours, with lots of things floating around. Interesting, and probably much better during winter (and not a warm summer night like tonight).

This saison poured a dark pink colour with a big, light pink, fizzy head. Lacing is not bad. Scents include berry wine, light wieners and fruit punch. First swig was very watery and lightly sour with flavours of fermented fruit, hops and berries. Finish is mildly bitter with berry flavour lingering.

Part of their Welly Re-Booted Mix Pack Vol. 5 pouring a clean amber colour with golden highlights. The head is kind of creamy, somewhat frothy, warm light-beige with very good retention and some patchy foamy-creamy lacing. Hoppy nose with the Chinook giving grassy notes with some mild fruitiness. The taste is also mildly fruity with the malts. The hops add a nice dryness to the finish. Gets quite hazy at last pour. A nice fruity-orangy Pale Ale.

This lager poured a clear, medium yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Scents include corn, bread and honey. Minimal lacing. First swig was a little sour with flavours of corn and a little grass. Finish is lightly hoppy with minimal grass flavour lingering.

Part of their Welly Re-Booted Mix Pack Vol. 5 pouring a slightly hazed, golden-orange colour with a frothy-creamy warm off-white head that stays quite long time and leaves fluffy creamy-foamy lace. You can smell the coffee notes at first pour. Then, the IPA hops take over. It is quite interesting to mix both. In the taste, the coffee is a little tamer with decent grassy IPA. A nice dry mouthfeel, but not too the extreme, and no hop-bomb. Again, quite interesting to say the lease. A must try.
