From my brother: pours a copper with a small but thick head. Aroma is mostly a sort of ambiguous maltiness, light ambiguous hops. Taste is fine. Lightly sweet. Low bitterness. Simple and a bit cheap tasting but goes down easily with a good enough body.

A deep dark stout with a thin big bubbled brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with loads of bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice and complex. Cask Days 2018.

This ale poured a blood red colour with a creamy pink head. Looks like beet juice. Minimal lacing. Scents include Baby Duck ripple, pickled veggies and potatoes. First swig was quite thin with flavours of currant and malt, sweet and sour. Nice it’s not off the charts sour. Quite drinkable.

This pils poured a clear, light yellow colour with a minimal, bright white, soapy head. Minimal lacing. Scents include hay, a little citrus and a little bubblegum. First swig was quite thin with flavours of hay and cereal most prominent. Finish is a little bitter with that hay flavour lingering.

This witbier poured a clear, light yellow colour with a fizzy, bright white head. Not much lacing. Scents include corn, yeast and I believe clove. First swig was quite carbonated. With flavours of cloves, citrus and a little cooked veggies. Finish is a little bitter with a light clove flavour lingering.

This IPA poured a deep amber colour with a big, beautiful very light brown head. Slightly cloudy. The head was nice and soapy with nice lacing. Scents include a huge floral hoppy bouquet, a little dough and leather? Hoppy as hell non the less. First swig was not as hoppy as thought but thank God I’m sharing this one. Flavour of hops is taking up about 98% of the flavour. Other flavours of iced tea and citrus. Finish is bitter as hell with that nice tea flavour lingering. I could see this one scoring big with the hop crowd but unfortunately I’m not one of them. At least it’s not as hoppy as to have to sink it.

Bottle. Hazy yellow. Not much head. There's a lot of coriander on the nose, with a light malt. A bit fizzy. Maybe peppery. Not much malt. The aroma is better than the palate.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of coriander, some spiciness, and lemon zest. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, spiciness, and lemon zest. Dry, zesty and spicy coriander on the finish. Decent for a wit.
