Can from the LCBO. Hazy medium amber under a large white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose is wheat, spice, grass and light floral notes. Not picking up much pomegranate in the nose. Flavour is light yeast, grains, a touch of pepper and a light tartness from the pomegranate. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a crisp finish. Refreshing. 7/4-/6+/3/14

Part of their Welly Re-Booted Mix Pack Vol. 4. Pours a clean light-golden colour with a soapy white cap, average retention and light foamy lace. Nice Belgian Ale yeast aromas with spiciness, apples, bananas and sugar notes. The taste reminds me a lot of Belgian Ales as well, with the farm-like hints. Mild citrus flavours with the spices. Becomes hazy at last pour. If I would not know this is from Canada, I would of thought it was from Belgium. A very nicely brewed light Belgian Ale.

Part of their Welly Re-Booted Mix Pack Vol. 4. Pours a clean light-golden colour with a white frothy head, decent stay and some creamy lace. Cereal grain malt nose with light pilsner hops. The cereal notes are tamer in the taste and the hops are spicy. The mouthfeel is well-balanced between wet and dry. Actually, quite a nice refreshing Pils which feels Euro.

This IPA poured a lightly cloudy, medium amber colour with a soapy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cereal AND milk, bread and a mild cheese. First swig was smooth and undercarbonated with flavours of burnt coconut, basement, caramel and maybe a little soy sauce? Finish is a little bitter with that buttery caramel flavour lingering.

This sour poured a cloudy golden amber colour with a foamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include bread, perm solution, berries and light eggs. There’s a definite smell of old hotel rugs. First swig was initially quite sour. Flavours of hard cider, toast, light sour cherries and bread. Finish is not overly sour, which is a good thing. Flavours of toast and minimally sour fruit juice flavours lingering.
