Good, ever so slightly yellow head, stable over crystal clear copper beer, finely carbonated. Very bready, fresh malts, toasted, parsley. Again bread & toast. Marked leafy bitterness, neither harsh nor metallic. Malt straight from the sack, piecrust. Light body, slick, bit fiery MF. Classic, nothing revolutionary and nothing wrong. Txs to Stef!
