About
Brasserie De Sutter was founded by two brothers, Antoine and Frédéric, passionate about beer and its production. In 2008, they embarked on recipe creation tests and after obtaining their degrees in agronomy and brewing, the first beers were born. Quickly reassured by the quality of their products, the brewers set up an artisanal production unit of 800 liters. In January 2012, it was the big leap towards controlled, higher-capacity manufacturing thanks to the move of the De Sutter Brewery in Gisors to larger premises with new, high-performance brewing equipment.

[ As De Sutter Crazy IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass - leather, light citrus and grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, leather - grass, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150808] 6-3-7-3-13

Botella 33 cl en el Pacos 10..10..2016 (r18). Sin lote ni Fcpref. Color marrón oscuro casi negro con bastante espuma beige persistente. Aromas y sabores maltosos ligeros tostados algo dulces de sirope y ligero caramelo. Bastante gas que le da un cuerpo ligero y espumoso con 8.5 vol que no se notan. Normal.

Clear deep amber colour, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Sweet malt aroma, toasted, candy sugar, ripe fruits, hint of liquorice. Rather thin taste, medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, caramel, sugary, bit metallic. Dry sweetbitter finish, earthy notes, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, disappointing.
