Description
Brasserie De Sutter was founded by two brothers, Antoine and Frédéric, passionate about beer and its production. In 2008, they embarked on recipe creation tests and after obtaining their degrees in agronomy and brewing, the first beers were born. Quickly reassured by the quality of their products, the brewers set up an artisanal production unit of 800 liters. In January 2012, it was the big leap towards controlled, higher-capacity manufacturing thanks to the move of the De Sutter Brewery in Gisors to larger premises with new, high-performance brewing equipment.

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Thanks to Ian. Light haze on this deep orange - amber beer, good pale tan head. Thin pale malts, mildly sweet. Light tangy dried fruits and floralness. Spicy fruity finish also brings out some esters. Not bad.

Mom brought this one back from a trip to France. +++ Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-caramel color with an enormous fluffy orange-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was malty and toffee with citrus and sourish mixed fruits and undertones of dust and white pepper. The flavor was tart and sweet with jammy ripe dark and golden fruits, sugar, toffee and bread. Long finish. Medium body but overcarbonated.
