Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, ripe apple, fruity, some caramel, orchardy, earthy, leathery, funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a short lived white foam. Aroma is floral lemon citrus, lemon verbena, floral, elderflower, lavender. Flavour is composed of pithy lemon, bitter lemon rind, grapefruit with floral notes, lemon verbena, funky bitter finish. Palate ios sharp and pithy, to a drying finish, gentle massaging carbonation.
