--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy pale bronze colour, mid sized head. Aroma of lychee and alcohol. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugared pineapple, dough and brandy. Warming mid bitter finish.

Cette Gose intégrant fruit de la passion et coriandre ne m'absolument pas convaincu. Je suis loin d'être le plus amateur du genre, mais j'avais davantage l'impression d'avoir un mauvais vin blanc qu'une Gose à la passion dans mon verre. La passion est d'ailleurs tout comme la coriandre, pas sur des arômes francs. Je m'attendais à tout autre chose. Le visuel est sur un jaune voilé avec peu d'effervescence et sans mousse. Le nez est sur le vin blanc, le vinaigre de pomme, le citron et le fruit de la passion. En bouche, ce n'est pas trop acide, avec une certaine douceur. L'ensemble est un peu aigrelet tout de même. Les arômes ne sont pas exceptionnels, loin de là même...On retrouve ceux du nez avec une dominante vin blanc. Peu d'intensité aromatique également. Pas terrible.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear golden, small head. Minty pear aroma with some bergamott. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with doughy bread, apricots, pears and mango. Low bitterness.
