Pretty clear dark orange beer (not brown!), big creamy solid irregular off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, citrus, a bit hoppy, herbal, funky, a bit weird, grains, cow fodder, meh. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet touch up front, very malty, grains, a little bitter, funky, somewhat fruity, soapy bitterness. Aftertaste: more floral, soapy bitterness, meh.

Little cloudy orange beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, acidic, a bit spicy, herbal, some mango. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lot osf mango, sourish, passion fruit, pretty bitter, a bit funky. Aftertaste: bitter, sourish, fruity, mango, spicy touch, ok.

Can shared at Gent tasting. Oramgy color, average sizedwhite head. Smell and taste are somewhat malty, sourish, don't really get hops tbh. So for me this is simply a sour beer. And in any case is sour IPA a bad idea.

Draught at La Binouze, no head, cloudy palish orange colour, amineral aroma with some sewer notes, piercing fruit vinegar sourness, strong shrubs, nettle and a minty hint, sweet fruity whiff. Not much tropical fruits but really nice and interesting.

Hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. Aroma full of juicy, ripe tangerines. Taste is bitter with a citric twist. Good chewiness, especially for a beer of this ABV, smooth, refreshing. Nice.

Tap at La Binouze, Paris, 23rd January 23. Pours a clear orange almost. Aroma is brewery fresh, slight earthy, yeast and citrus. Taste is mellow, citrus and pith, peach. Really enjoyed it

Cette collaboration entre les brasseries Aerofab et Underwood en soutient à l'Ukraine nous offre une IPA plutôt sympathique en termes d'arômes mais manquant de tension pour être complètement réussie. Nous sommes donc dans un entre-deux où le cœur balance. Pour un titrage à 6%, elle en reste cependant globalement réussie. Le visuel est sur un blond orangé trouble avec une mousse blanche conséquente se stabilisant à 1,5 cm. Les nez est proche d'une NEIPA sur les agrumes, les herbes et les fruits exotiques. L'attaque manque de tensions mais sur des arômes agréables reprenant ceux du nez. Ces derniers restent très convenus mais passent très bien. L'arrière bouche présente heureusement une amertume un peu plus vive. Le final, moyennement long est sur une amertume plus épurée et moins intéressante. Gentillette.
