Description
Longtime friends and beer lovers, we started by brewing our beers in our kitchens with equipment and techniques that have improved over time. Thus, our passion for brewing and the success of our beers in our entourage pushed us to set up our own micro-brewery. After a year as nomadic brewers (we brewed our recipes with different brewing partners), we acquired our own vats at the start of 2019 and welcome the La Hulotte brewery to Sautron, which carries out beer brewing workshops.

Can in the garden, from La Cave a Bulles, 29th June 19. Pours a nice orange beer, slight haze and white head. Aroma is sweet, peach, tropical fruits. Taste is tropical fruit, some peach, the sorachi comes through for sure, light bitter. It's not as good as the IPAs for me, but still not bad.

33cl can @ Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Richard. BB 28/02/2021.

Can in garden, from La Cave a Bulles, 16th May 19. First beer in the sun on my 45th Birthday. This is the first canned French beer I have had, and it's excellent. Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma bright, complex, citrus. Taste is smooth and complex, the Sorachi is very evident, but the hop profile is complementary, citrus, lemon, good balance, stone fruit, bitter sweet finish
