Description
Longtime friends and beer lovers, we started by brewing our beers in our kitchens with equipment and techniques that have improved over time. Thus, our passion for brewing and the success of our beers in our entourage pushed us to set up our own micro-brewery. After a year as nomadic brewers (we brewed our recipes with different brewing partners), we acquired our own vats at the start of 2019 and welcome the La Hulotte brewery to Sautron, which carries out beer brewing workshops.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a thin but pleasing creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine, hop spice. Solid start then! Juicy bright citrus, mild pineapple and good peachy citrus. Mosaic somewhat anonymous but perhaps a touch of candy fruits. Light hop spice on the light and semi dry finish. A very clean dipa and with a very well presented hop profile, Talus (HBC690) seems to have actually got better since full commercialisation and that, in my experience, is a very rare thang!

Black with a foaming, beige head. Aroma is a mix of toffee—slightly burnt—coffee grounds, cherries, and toast. Roasted bitter with both fruity and caramel sweet undertones. Carbonation is a mess, way overdone for the style. Slightly oily, feels sparkling rather than smooth. Definitely needs some time in the glass. Ok.

Cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty start, grains, grassy, herbal touch, floral notes, some citrus. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, fruity, hoppy, tropical fruits, juicy, good, a bit floral. Aftertaste: good bitterness, fruity, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, ok!
