Tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam, 29th January 2020. Pours a pink clear beer, no head. Aroma is tart fruit, herbal. Taste is bitter and sour cherry, light herbal, I think the thyme is evident, complex and good.

Poured from a 16 oz can. Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of raspberry and lighter pineapple notes. Light wheat notes with a bit of lemon and yogurt notes. Pours a fairly clear, reddish pink with a medium small, medium thick, frothy, slightly pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with medium light wheat notes. Quite a bit of pineapple with a bit lighter raspberry note. Faint alcohol notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent beer but nothing too crazy. Decent fruit and wheat notes, but not very complex overall.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish, pale straw color with a quickly dissipating finger of white foam. Lemon, peach pit and white wine vinegar notes on the nose. Apple and peach pit on the palate with the pits really coming through giving a nice dry, tart peach flesh to complement the apple flavors. Dry finish.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a pinkish red color with a finger of pink foam that dissipates. Bright cherry, cranberry and light vinegar aromas on the nose. As it warms some light cinnamon notes. Quite acidic on the palate with vinegar, and tart wild berries and cranberry flavors. Bitter and tart with some mild cinnamon on the finish and a bit of salt.
