On tap at O’so. Pours a clear orange amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of sour lemon with a hint of earthiness supporting. Flavor is quite acidic with lemon and a bit of earthy grain and hay supporting.

Sampled from the tap at Os’o. Pours a clear gold with an amber and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of sour. Itfys and bitter grass with a boy of funk and wine underlying. Flavor has a combination of pear and grass sour notes with a growing grass bitterness through the finish.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Hazy pale golden body with small ring of airy head. Typical gueuze aromas, but some sourness added by the prickly pears. taste confirms this, dry, sourness, tart, fruity. Nice pucker finishes it.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pale golden body with small wispy head. Funky, yeasty, tart nose, taste brings a small amount of malt into the mix, still kind of bubbly and light. Nice representation of the style.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a hazy golden topped with a ring of a head. Nose is nice gueze notes light pear notes a nice sour tartness. Taste is more of the nice sour tartness and little sweet fruit.
