Bottle shared by Bob at a tasting. Copper color. Both dry yeast, brett I believe, and sour yeast as well. It is a little sweet with the tartness, and I am surprised to see the abv is so high.

Bottle shared by Bob, thanks! Pours an ice cream like pink with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has creamy cherries that are slightly tart with a light funkiness. Flavor is cherry pie like with a growing tartness and a light funkiness.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a near clear peach with a gray head that dissipates immediately and completely. Roma is full of chese and leaves with a tart fruit backing. Flavor combines cheese and earthy tart fruits that round in to a dry finish.

750ml bottle shared at tasting. Unfiltered orange-tan. Oily head. Pretty standard US Sour..in a good way. Apricot tinged sour yeast tones. Relatively light on the palate, medium bodied. Mellow carbonation. Lemon-lime tones. Tasty, clean for the style.
