750ml bottle pours out burnt orange color topped with a small head. Nose is funky sweet cherries lots of wood some horse blanket. Taste is more of the nice cherries plenty funky tartness.

Bottle, shared at a tasting. Pours clear golden apple, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is funky, basement and citrus notes, oaky, more basement. Flavor is medium tart, quite funky, mushroom notes, basement and lemons. Light body, soft bubbly carbonation. Can’t get past the shrooms.

From bottle shared at Ratebeer Best awards and bottle-share. Unclear amber copper color with off white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, barnyard and horse blanket notes, tart fruity, berries, cat piss notes. Light sweet and light bitter, moderate acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

750 ml bottle. The beer is an amber-ish orange color. Fairly murky with haze. Medium sized white head, some lacing. Big earthy, funky aroma. Light lemon tartness. Lots of mushroom, dust. Moderate oak. Taste has mild to moderate tartness with lots of that earthy, fruity body that you find in a lot of young, unblended lambic, though there is some refinement to it. Lemon, apricot, plum, raspberry. It reminds me of a blend of Lindemans jonge lambik, a gueuze and an American sour - there’s a little more lacto aggressiveness in the mix. Some body to it, though fairly light. Long oaky, fruity finish. Very good stuff.

Disparate transparent ’head’ over hazy reddish-foxy beer. Acidrich, mainly lactic acid. Vinous too, and quite fruity (red fruit as redcurrant). Very tart, lactic acidbomb, but still with a (red) fruity character. Ultra puckeringly dry, acidburn, acidthinning. Hardly any carbonation left. A tad too sour, definitely. Thx for sharing, guys!

Small transparant rim over unclear pinkish brown beer. Sharpish sourish nose, lactic acid, fruitacids, touch of acetic; exotic fruit/citrus - no doubt the cactusfigs. Very sharp sour flavour; again the same aroma/flavour of fruit, dominated by the lactic/fruitacid impression, tart, rosehips. Serious acidthinning , good carbonation, dry-out effect. Severe, but still really good. Not for the fainthearted. Txs for sharing, guys!

750ml bottle pours out a sexy ruby red purple color topped with a pink head. Nose is great jammy raspberry sweetness with a pithy seed tart notes and funk. Taste is more of the amazing berries it is so nice and jammy with a nice sweet and tart balance.

On tap at O’so. Pours a clear orange amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of sour lemon with a hint of earthiness supporting. Flavor is quite acidic with lemon and a bit of earthy grain and hay supporting.
